Jordan Projects

OCCPL has spread its operations in Jordan since 2010 by undertaking a job for erection of 4500 TPD Sulphuric Acid & 1500 TPD Phosphoric Acid Plants for M/s. Jordan India Fertilizer Company (JIFCO). The scope consists of complete mechanical work comprising of equipment erection, fabrication - erection of tankages & settlers, piping, ducting work, insulation work, instrumentation work etc. managed with a manpower strength of 650.

Scope includes: Mechanical, piping, ducting, tankage, painting & insulation work.

Major work:

  • 14,890 MT Equipment and tanks
  • 226,000 IM METALLIC PIPING (CS/SS/AS/GI)
  • 153,000 IM PLASTIC PIPING (FRP/PP)
  • 1080MT CS & SS DUCTING WORK AND EQUIPMENT WORK
  • 36,000 M2 PAINTING WORK
  • 22,000 M2 INSULATION WORK
  • 312 MT OF PIPE & DUCT SUPPORTS

Status: Targetted completion: August, 2013.

Phosphoric Acid Storage Terminal at Aqaba, Jordan:

7 nos. Phosphoric Acid Tanks (24m dia x 15m high x 2200MT) with associated equipment & piping.

Status: Targetted completion: July, 2013.

Detail engineering, supply, manufacture, inspection, testing, painting, export packaging of 640 MT ducts & 440 MT of equipment (Hopper, Silos, Special parts) executed through our group company – Panametrics Engineering, Mumbai against a separate order from JIFCO.
